Our intimate and stylish cocktail bar is nestled within the restaurant and takes its name from the cocktail inspired by Core’s iconic dish, ‘Potato and Roe’. Our experienced bar tenders have curated a vast selection of whiskies from every distillery in the UK, as well as an extensive cocktail menu and wine list to suit all moods and tastes.

Welcoming you to Whiskey & Seaweed is Bar Manager Vincenzo Ciaccio. Vincenzo has returned to Core after spending five years working with the legendary Salvatore Calabrese to launch our first edition of the Whiskey & Seaweed menu.
